     If you’re looking for an afternoon of music and great food, then join us on Wednesday, September 16th. This will be an exceptional day of fun and relaxation hosted by Laura and Gary Block. We depart Little Falls at 9:45 a.m. from the northeast corner of the Wal-Mart parking lot and will also pick up in Randall and Motley or anywhere else on our route. Our North Star motor coach will take us to the Good Life restaurant for an included lunch with a choice of entrees. Make your meal choice when you sign up: Reuben with chips, Cheesy California Burger with chips, BLT with chips or Walnut cranberry salad.  If there are other dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. Nestled in the heart of iconic downtown Park Rapids, the Good Life is handcrafting fresh food that makes people feel good. Following lunch,  we head east to Jaspers Theater, a landmark since 2004. Spend your afternoon tapping your toes

and smiling along at “Storytellers of Country Music”, a fun-filled show celebrating the songs and stories that made country music unforgettable. Enjoy the clever humor of Roger Miller, the warm wit and wisdom of John Prine, and plenty of laughs and great tunes along the way.  Dan Brekke and his band bring it all together, performing favorites from Roger and John along with his own original songs, hearing the stories behind the music in a relaxed feel-good afternoon of country charm, storytelling, and pure fun. There will be a few other artists along the way that will also be featured.  One show only and that’s on Wednesday, September 16th.  It doesn’t get any better than this. Sign up today.
